Questions owners ask.

Is JetBookIn a channel manager?

No, and we won’t pretend it is. It syncs availability with Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia and Google through two-way iCal, which is what most small properties need. Rates on the OTAs you still set in their extranets.

Do I need a WordPress website?

Yes. JetBookIn is a WordPress plugin and works with any theme. If you use Elementor, every booking step is a widget you can place and style.

Is there a fee per booking?

No. You pay a yearly licence (or nothing on Core). Your payment provider charges its usual card fee; the money goes straight to your account.

Which payment providers work in Greece?

Stripe, Viva Wallet (with IRIS), Cardlink, Nexi and Worldline bank gateways (with IRIS), PayPal, bank transfer and pay at the property.

Does it handle ΤΑΚΚ and myDATA?

ΤΑΚΚ, ΦΠΑ and the municipal fee are calculated on every booking, free. Sending documents to AADE myDATA and the ΤΑΚΚ and accountant reports come in the Greece pack, a paid add-on – owners in other countries never pay for them.

Which languages does it speak?

The dashboard, the booking pages and the e-mails are in English, Greek, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese, and it works with Polylang and WPML for multilingual sites.

Does it work outside Greece?

Yes. Booking, payments, calendar sync and tourist taxes work anywhere in Europe, with the registration number of each country (ΑΜΑ, CIN, NRUA, RNAL and more). Reporting that only one country asks for comes as a pack for that country: Greece today, Italy, Spain and Portugal next.

What happens if I stop renewing?

Your site keeps working with the version you have and the features you paid for. You stop receiving updates and support.
